Request deletion of your ardena account and associated data
Your right to delete
You can delete your ardena account and the data associated with it at any time. When you do:
- Your profile and account credentials are removed
- Your personal information (name, email, phone) is deleted from our systems
- Booking and transaction history linked to your account is anonymized or removed in line with legal retention requirements
- You will no longer be able to log in or use ardena services with that account
Deletion is permanent. We may retain minimal data where required by law (e.g. for tax or dispute resolution).
How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly from the ardena client or ardena host app:
- Open the ardena app (client or host) and log in.
- Go to Profile or Settings (tap your profile icon or the menu).
- Select Account or Privacy.
- Tap Delete account or Request account deletion.
- Follow the on-screen steps. You may be asked to confirm your password or identity.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and data.
After you confirm, we will process your request. You may receive an email when the deletion is complete. If you use both the client and host apps, delete each account separately if you have signed up for both.

If you cannot use the app or prefer to request deletion here, submit the form on the right. We will verify your identity and then process the deletion of your account and associated data.
Submitting this form will open your email client to send a deletion request to ardenacompanies@gmail.com. We will verify your details and process your request. For security, avoid using shared or public computers when entering your password.
