Getting started

ardena connects renters with verified vehicle owners across Kenya. Download the ardena client app to browse, book, and drive. Create an account, choose your dates, pick a car, and pay securely through the app. You can also join internal app testing to try the beta.

Renting a car

In the ardena client app you can:

• Browse available vehicles and filter by location, dates, and price
• View vehicle details, photos, and host profiles
• Book and pay with M-Pesa, Visa, or Mastercard
• Coordinate pickup and return directly with the host

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Payments

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments are processed securely in the app.

If something goes wrong

Our support team is available 24/7. Report issues through the app or contact us directly. For accidents, contact the police first, then report to ardena within 24 hours with a police abstract for insurance claims.
